FAQ

Pricing questions finance teams ask first.

Keep the commercial model simple while the exact workflow, systems, and controls are scoped with sales.

What counts as a workflow run?

A workflow run is counted each time a workflow is executed from start to finish. If a workflow has multiple steps, it still counts as a single run. Failed runs that are retried count as separate runs.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, we offer annual billing with a 20% discount. Contact our sales team to set up annual billing for your account.

What integrations are included?

All plans include access to core ERP, accounting, payment, Slack, and Gmail integrations. Pro and Enterprise plans include broader integrations such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and custom webhook endpoints.

How do paid pilots work?

Loopfour is offered through paid pilots and implementation-supported rollouts. Contact sales to scope the workflow, integrations, timeline, and commercial terms.

What security certifications do you have?

Loopfour is SOC 2 Type II certified, and SOC 1 Type II is pending. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Enterprise plans include additional security features like SSO (Okta, Azure AD), audit logs, data residency options, and customer-specific data processing terms where applicable.
